Dan Sykes
Mr. Sykes has represented numerous clients in business and commercial transactions, with a special emphasis in real estate, franchising, and commercial and real estate lending. Real estate clients include developers, urban and rural landowners, grantors of conservation easements, and commercial landlords and tenants. His commercial experience ranges from the sale and acquisition of companies (large and small), to organizational and planning issues for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, to representation of both start-up franchisors and those with established national and international franchise systems.
