Formed in June 2002, Gordon, Sykes & Cheatham, LLP offers compreh ensive legal services to clients in North Texas in the areas of trust and probate administrationreal estateestate planning, and franchising.  We pride ourselves on providing the knowledge and expertise you would expect at a large firm, with the personalized care and responsiveness small firms are known for.

While our focus covers estate and business issues equally, our firm is one of few in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex that handles probate litigation, as well as fiduciary litigation. Although they are highly complex and contentious areas, you can rely on the experience of a board-certified attorney in estate and probate matters to lead you through the process.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of Texas.  They are also members of the American Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, and various other county entities.  You will always feel comfortable working with our laywers, as they will treat you with the kindness, compassion, and respect necessary to resolve your legal matters.
